What we are, plainly
- Amelia X Payments is a payment orchestration platform. It is not a bank, card network or acquiring institution.
- Funds are processed and settled by the third-party payment provider connected to your account, under that provider's terms.
- Available payment methods depend on provider availability, your eligibility and approval, completed integration, and applicable law.
- We do not claim certifications, licences or partnerships we cannot evidence. Provider connection status is shown exactly as configured.
- Raw card numbers, CVV and PINs are never collected by this platform. Sensitive payment details are handled by the provider's hosted or tokenised fields.
